Friday Favorites {8.3.12}

Happy Friday, everyone! I woke up especially thrilled today because at my doc appointment yesterday, I was given the okay to start bearing weight on my ankle. YAY! For the time being, I'm still wearing a boot and using crutches, but once I begin physical therapy, I'll start working towards walking on my own again. So far, it's been much easier than I was expecting, which I am incredibly happy about. My goal is to be able to walk completely unaided and drive by the end of August (in time for Nico's Pre-K orientation), which I think is completely feasible.

With my mobility back (sort of), I'm hoping we can get out and about a bit more over the weekend. Not sure what our plans are just yet, but I definitely wanna do something fun!

In other news, it's my baby brother's 22nd birthday today, so I have to give him a little shout out! Love you, Ross!

Have a great weekend, everyone!
