As you read this, I'm on my way to Bethesda to have my surgery. I'd be lying if I didn't admit that I was a little bit scared. But more than scared, I'm excited. Like really, really excited!

If you wouldn't mind sending good vibes my way, it'd be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Because I will be in the hospital for the next couple of days, I'll be taking the rest of the week off from blogging. I (or Dan) will, however, let you guys know when I'm out of recovery via Facebook and/or Twitter. Be sure to follow me there if you want to stay updated!

P.P.S. When I return, I'll be doing my weekly weigh-ins again. Only this time they'll be worth reading because I'll actually be losing something. I've taken "before" photos and plan on taking monthly "after" photos to document my progress. I always enjoy seeing those, so I figure y'all might too!
